POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CASE 26-10332

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a burglary, trespassing, and criminal mischief that occurred on private property in the Waverly community, east of Winter Haven.

On March 5, 2026, at around 5:45 pm, the suspects in this video trespassed on private property, burgled a structure, and vandalized the interior. The vandalism consisted of spray-painted vulgar imagery and a swastika.  

Due to the suspects walking to this location, it is likely that one or all may reside in this location.
