CRIME: RETAIL THEFT
CRIME SCENE: TARGET, POSNER PARK, DAVENPORT
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CASE 25-40941
On Friday, October 10 2025, at around 2:15 pm, a retail theft occurred at the Target store in Davenport's Posner Park.
The suspect stole eight Fine'ry perfumes. The estimated value of the theft was nearly $240.
The video of the theft shows the suspect very well... he appears to have a large tattoo on his right forearm. CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE VIDEO

Friday afternoon, October 17th, PCSO deputies were looking for 32-year old Nocles Devin Joseph; he had a Polk County warrant for Violation of Probation (Grand Theft, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, and Domestic Violence/Battery).

On Friday, October 17th, at 10:31 pm, the Emergency Communications Center received a 911 call.
A male voice was heard stating, "911, come down here," and then the call disconnected.
The ECC made multiple attempts to call the person back, but there was no answer.
