04-10-2018 INFORMATION SOUGHT IN VEHICLE BURGLARY AT CHRISTINA PARK

Polk County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in a vehicle burglary that occurred at Christina Park in Lakeland, during which two purses were stolen.

At approximately 6:52 p.m., on April 8, 2018,a vehicle burglary occurred at the park, which is located on CR 540-A. A black male suspect was seen breaking into the victim's Jeep - the suspect fled in a newer-model black Nissan Rogue. The suspect stole two purses containing debit and credit cards. On April 9, 2018, the female suspect seen here tried to access the victim's bank account at two different banks - one in Dunedin, and one in Palm Harbor.
